Career transition from professional rugby player to entrepreneur

What's it like to spend almost 2 decades pursuing just ONE goal?

That's what Shane Monahan did, when he decided at the tender age of 12 to become a professional rugby player. 

I really want to speak to Shane to find out how he "retired" from being a pro athlete, to then becoming an entrepreneur in his late 20's.
