Who is the group coaching programme for?
This programme is for you if you've had a successful career to-date, but have now got to a point in your life where your job doesn't feel fulfilling anymore. Perhaps you've always dreamed of running your own business or working in a completely different industry. Because all sessions are run online, you can join us no matter where you are in the world.

How many people will be in the group?
The groups are deliberately kept to a very small number. This is because there is a lot of self-exploration and sharing throughout the 4 sessions. You'll most likely get to know your co-participants quite well. Spaces are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

What's the most likely outcome of the programme going to be for me?
This will obviously be different for everyone, but most likely you'll:
- have an 'aha' moment, complete clarity around your future career, and plan to make it happen
- decide that you want to try out a few different avenues before you make a complete career change

What if I'd like more one-to-one coaching once the programme has finished?
The programme is designed to give you clarity around what your career change is going to look like and how you're going to action it. Many people thrive through the help of ongoing coaching, and all 'graduates' of the programme are eligible for one-to-one coaching at a reduced rate.

How long is the programme?
The programme consists of 4 x weekly 1 hour group Zoom calls. This will then be followed up with a one-to-one coaching session at an agreed time & date.

How much does it cost?
The total cost of the 4 week group career coaching programme, inclusive of a 1 hour bonus one-to-one coaching session is £450.

Is it possible to attend the programme from anywhere in the world?
Absolutely! So far we've had people join from the UK, Japan, Germany, Dubai and Turkey. As long as you have access to Zoom, and good internet connection you're fine to join from anywhere.
