How does coaching actually work?

Coaching is all about helping people find their spark and reach their potential, whether in life or in their careers. Think of a coach as a supportive guide who walks alongside you, asking the right questions and giving you the tools to figure out what you really want—and how to get there. It’s not about telling you what to do; it’s about helping you discover your own solutions.

Many people love coaching because it’s focused on moving forward. While therapy can dive into past experiences, coaching zeroes in on where you are now and where you want to go. You get someone cheering you on, but also holding you accountable (in a nice way!) and making sure you’re sticking to your goals.

The process can bring clarity, confidence, and a new sense of purpose. With coaching, people often feel more empowered and better equipped to tackle challenges, whether they’re deciding on a big career change or just looking to add more joy to their day-to-day. It’s about transformation in small, achievable steps that add up to something big. And at the end of the day, coaching helps people feel more aligned with what they truly want from life and work.
